Summary:Ā Part of the REACH Pilot Program team, which aimed to reduce sedentary behaviour, increase physical activity, and promote strength and balance exercises among middle-aged and older women. The program integrated behaviour change principles to encourage long-term adoption of physical activity into daily routines.

Focus: Sedentary Behaviour Intervention for Women Aged 55-70
Summary: Part of the EASY Pilot Study research teamĀ which aimed to investigate outcomes associated with providing a sedentary behaviour intervention along with health education and lifestyle consultation versus providing health information alone. The target group was women aged 55-70.
