Cardea Health Consulting (“Cardea,” “we,” “us”) is a health-promotion consultancy based in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of our work. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us:

- Message content — the details you share about the work you are trying to do so we can respond usefully.
- Basic usage data — standard, aggregated analytics such as pages visited and approximate region, used only to keep the site working well. We do not use this to identify you.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To carry out and administer consulting engagements.
- To send information you have specifically asked us to send.
- To meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
