Workplace Mental Health Advisor

Dr. Toma is the founder of Heart and Brain Works and a researcher at the University of Auckland. Her areas of expertise include workplace mental health, psychosocial hazards, resilience interventions and wellbeing. She has a breadth of experience across different sectors and a pragmatic approach to organizational wellbeing.

Anna Orenstein-Cardona, a Puerto Rican native and NFEC-certified financial educator and author, is the founder of Wear Your Money Crown®. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Brain & Cognitive Sciences from MIT, Anna boasts over two decades of senior leadership roles on Wall Street and in the City of London.

Accessibility Advisor 

Cliff Accessibility Consulting specializes in accessibility in the built environment, community planning, and inclusive wayfinding signage design.

Cliff Feng MCP RHFAC, the Principal and Prime Consultant, is dedicated to enhancing accessibility for everyBODY. He holds a Master’s degree in Community Planning and works as an Associated Project Manager with Vancouver Island University. Additionally, he serves on the Technical Committee for Wayfinding and Signage at Accessibility Standards Canada, as well as ISO Technical Committee 145 for Public Information Symbols, Signs, and Guidance Systems. With professional experience in RHFAC audits and accessibility assessments, he has worked extensively on accessibility improvement projects in the built environment, the development and implementation of inclusive way finding signage standards, and land use planning for vulnerable populations.

Olivia Milne
Research Associate 

Olivia Milne, BSc (Hons), is a Research Associate at Cardea Health Consulting with strong expertise in both statistical analysis and quantitative and qualitative research methods. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Dalhousie University, where she conducted applied research in behavioural science that has since been published in a peer-reviewed journal. Her current research focus is on youth mental health. 

At Cardea, Olivia contributes to projects focused on accessibility and community well-being, supporting data analysis, community engagement, and knowledge translation. She is highly proficient in SPSS, Jamovi, and R Studio, with additional strengths in thematic coding, transcription, and report writing. Fully bilingual in English and French, Olivia is known for her precision in research and her ability to communicate findings clearly to a wide range of audiences.
