Since the pandemic outbreak, many employers are seeing higher rates of burnout, lower rates of well-being, and higher attrition. This session was offered during Mental Health Awareness week in Canada by Kate Milne of Cardea Health Consulting and Dr. Georgi Toma of Heart and Brain Works.
Kate is a Healthy Aging and Workplace Wellbeing Specialist. Kate specializes in helping clients to support, retain, and recruit midlife and older team members by using an age-friendly lens in wellbeing programs.
Dr. Toma is an expert in stress, burnout, and workplace mental health. She is the creator of The Wellbeing Protocol, a scientifically-validated program to reduce burnout and improve mental wellbeing.
